Privacy policy

This page describes the data processed when someone signs in to Oliwia. The controller for a given school is the body that runs that instance. The platform software belongs to Webgate LTD.

Which data

• given name, family name, login, system address, and optionally a private email and phone,
• the password hash, the school membership, roles and class,
• the session id, IP address and sign-in events,
• when multi-factor authentication is on: an encrypted app-code secret or a security key.

Why

To confirm the person, let them into the journal and the other school tools, show their schools and roles, and keep someone else out of the account. A tool learns who the person is and checks what they may open. It does not receive the password.

How long

For the life of the account, and for as long as the school audit must keep a sign-in trace. Turning multi-factor authentication off deletes the code or the key.

Rights

Ask the operator of your instance for access, correction or deletion. A complaint goes to the President of UODO (uodo.gov.pl).
