One sign-in
for the whole school.

Oliwia is one account for the school's tools. You sign in once — with a login or a private email instead of the login — and open the journal, e-learning, the schedule and the parents' council.

Features

One account, instead of a separate password for every school tool.

One sign-in

Enter with a login or a private email instead of the login. The same account opens the journal, e-learning, the schedule and the parents' council.

Multi-factor authentication

An adult can add a code from an app or a security key. The next sign-in asks for it. A student stays with a password.

School, class, role

The same person can teach in one school and be a parent in another. The school sees which role they use.

School tools

The journal, e-learning, the schedule and the parents' council are separate sites, and they welcome the same person. There is no second account to create.

Who has access

The school, classes and roles live in one place. A tool checks what the account may open, and does not ask for another password.

Data and hosting

We follow GDPR and protect data of students, parents and teachers. A school starts on shared hosting. On request the data can sit on resources the school provides — that is an option, not a requirement.

How it works

From a school account to the journal and e-learning — without a separate account in each tool.

  1. The school gets a place in Oliwia: classes, teachers, students and parents.
  2. A person gets an account and signs in with a login or a private email instead of the login.
  3. The school assigns a role: student, parent, teacher or leadership. A student and a parent also show a class.
  4. The journal, e-learning and the other tools recognise that person and show only what the school allowed.
  5. An adult can turn on multi-factor authentication: a code from an app or a security key.
  6. The data stays on shared hosting. A school can also provide its own resources — the data then stays there, and sign-in works the same way.

FAQ

Do the journal and e-learning have their own password?

No. There is one password. The journal, e-learning and the other school tools open with the same account.

Does a student need multi-factor authentication?

No. An adult turns on the app code or the security key. A student signs in with a password only.

Where is the school's data?

On shared hosting. We follow GDPR and protect data of students, parents and teachers. A school can also provide its own resources — that is an option, not a requirement. Most schools stay on shared hosting.
